By accessing, registering on, or using the JL99 PH platform (the "Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the JL99 PH platform, including visitors, registered members, and VIP account holders. JL99 PH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, JL99 PH will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that party.

To register and use the JL99 PH platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online gaming and gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of JL99 PH, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the JL99 PH platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by JL99 PH or any applicable regulatory body.

JL99 PH reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by JL99 PH may result in account suspension or termination.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the JL99 PH platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. JL99 PH shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying JL99 PH immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

JL99 PH reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where JL99 PH has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

All deposits and withdrawals on the JL99 PH platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). JL99 PH supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at JL99 PH's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method and account tier. JL99 PH reserves the right to amend deposit and withdrawal limits at any time with reasonable notice.

You acknowledge and agree to the following conditions regarding financial transactions:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• JL99 PH reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and account VIP tier. JL99 PH does not guarantee same-day processing for all accounts.
• JL99 PH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit through your payment provider without first contacting JL99 PH support will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

JL99 PH offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the Offers & Promotions page at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all JL99 PH promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. JL99 PH reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• JL99 PH reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in active use will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the JL99 PH platform — including Color Prediction, Hi-Lo, Zuma Dragon, Circle, Megaways, and D&T Ranking — are governed by individual game rules published on the respective game pages. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. JL99 PH does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final. JL99 PH will not reverse a confirmed wager except in the event of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, JL99 PH reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• JL99 PH reserves the right to void any wager where there is evidence of exploitation of a software error, game bug, or pricing error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted at JL99 PH's discretion.
• JL99 PH is not responsible for any loss of winnings resulting from a player's failure to follow game instructions or rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JL99 PH platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's operation or other users' experience.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without JL99 PH's prior written consent.

JL99 PH reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including cooperation with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

JL99 PH is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools to help users manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings or by contacting JL99 PH support.

If you believe your gaming activity is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

JL99 PH strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling, including age verification checks and account suspension where underage use is suspected.

JL99 PH collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

JL99 PH implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and JL99 PH cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

JL99 PH will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, subject to confidentiality obligations, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

All content on the JL99 PH platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the property of JL99 PH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from JL99 PH.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any JL99 PH trademarks, logos, or branding without express written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of JL99 PH intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JL99 PH, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Errors or omissions in Platform content or game information.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

JL99 PH's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude JL99 PH's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

JL99 PH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in JL99 PH's dormant account policy.

Upon termination, any pending withdrawals of verified funds will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any applicable holds for investigation purposes. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting JL99 PH support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

JL99 PH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, JL99 PH will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

JL99 PH operates in the Philippine market and acknowledges the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as it applies to online gaming operations serving Filipino players.
