As a general principle, JL99 PH retains account data for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and applicable gaming regulatory requirements. Where personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, JL99 PH will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our internal data retention and disposal procedures.
